Roaring Fork: Basalt Bomber

by joey on Feb.24, 2008, under Fly Fishing

Amos and I fished the Roaring Fork for a while Yesterday, The weather didn’t know what it wanted to do. First it was sunny, then wind, then snow, then sun…etc. The fishing wasn’t great but we did manage a few small browns and a bomber Rainbow Trout. Black Mirco Mayfly Nymphs pierced the lip of this beauty.
